Click on "ORDER" and you will be taken to our services page. Please select the relevant service for your sample and proceed to checkout. To find out more about each service, go to "Our Services" page.
Just click "Orders" in the top menu once you have logged into your account. Since our turnaround times are so quick we generally only mark items as "Ordered" or "Completed", but are introducing intermediate statuses like "Samples Arrived" and "Sequencing". To take advantage of our "Samples Arrived" sample status please use our new RFID sample bags.
We accept credit cards, purchase orders and virtual card credit (which can be loaded with a purchase order or credit card on our website).
Yes! We offer discounts based on the amount of prepaid credit that you load and can set custom pricing for our high volume customers. Just email us to find out more:

We recommend fluorometric quantification (e.g. Qubit) for concentration confirmation and/or gel electrophoresis for size confirmation where possible as we cannot guarantee reads for samples of significantly low-concentrations.
For plasmid and amplicon sequencing, prepare samples at 50 ng/µL in 10µL of nuclease-free water or low TE buffer.
For library sequencing, prepare samples at total amount of 400 fmol in 20µL (e.g. ~260 ng for a 1kb amplicon) in nuclease-free water or low TE buffer.
For custom projects please email for more details. contact@fullcirclelabs.bio
Please send samples for ALL services in PCR tube strips or complete 96-well PCR plates. Samples sent in the incorrect format, will not be processed.
Label the first and last sample of the tube strip or plate to indicate the sample number. You do not need to write the sample name as the numbers correspond to the sample name from your order placement.
For those using our reusable QR code sample bags, please watch this short video linked below on how to use them.'How to use FCL's reusable sample bags'
For those that do not have our reusable QR code sample bags, please place your tubes/plates into a package (e.g. reusing a sealable plastic bag) and write your order number visibly. You should receive an order number after checking out.
If you have access to a dropbox in our London courier network, select its location at checkout and place your package inside before collection times. Orders placed before 2:30 pm (GMT) are collected the same day, and we are automatically notified of your samples.
If you are shipping samples using Royal Mail/courier we recommend putting samples into rigid packaging (e.g. Falcon tube, cardboard box) to avoid damage during transit.
Order values greater than £50, are eligible to generate shipping labels for free after checkout with our delivery address pre-populated. Simply download, print and stick onto your package. Please book your own DHL collection at a time most convenient to you.Book Now!
Order value less than £50, please arrange your own shipping labels and collection.

There can be many reasons for your plasmid not being the correct size. First, look at the read length distributions and you should see a "peak" of reads around the size of your plasmid. If you see a peak around the size of the plasmid sequence that we sent to you, then our sequencing pipeline has assembled it correctly and it is likey an issue with the cloning. If you see something else, just email us and we would be happy to look into it!
The most common failure modes for ONT sequencing are (1) genomic DNA contamination and (2) too low sample concentration. We often find that there is substantial genomic DNA contamination and this essentially leads to low effective plasmid concentrations. Although other providers recommend sending Qubit quantified DNA we find that this can be quite the ask for most groups. We ask that you run an electrophoresis gel when you first send us samples to check the quality of your plasmid preparations and ensure the spectrophotometrically measured DNA concentrations make sense given what you see on your gel.
Nanopore has two "failure modes" when it comes to basecalling. The first is homopolymers regions (polyA, G, T and C) where it often is not able to tell how long the stretch is as the current doesn't change while the strand moves through the pore. The second is methylated regions where although there are basecalling models to call base modifications
In your account menu you will find the "Virtual Card" page where you can purchase and keep track of prepaid credit here.
On the "Virtual Card" page you can enter the amount you would like to top up with and then click "Generate quote". You must input your billing details to be able to generate a quote.
You will notice on the "Virtual Card" page in your profile that there is a section with "Linked Accounts". Here you can specify which accounts you would like to link to a main account and share the prepaid credit with others. The main user can then monitor the usage of their lab/company on the "View Order Status" page.
