Sample Tubes

Please use PCR strips or PCR plates for samples. Do not use 1.5 mL centrifuge tubes or screw cap tubes as these will not be processed.

Shipping

Please put your order number on/in the packaging with your submitted samples (you will be emailed your order confirmation number after submitting your samples and can also find it in your account dashboard. There is no need to print out the order confirmation).

If shipping using Royal Mail or a courier please put your samples in rigid packaging such as a Falcon Tube so that they are not damaged during transit. If you are within our London courier network there is no need to use rigid packaging.
